K.U. Leuven for Japan!
Aan de balie van de bibliotheek vinden jullie vanaf vandaag buttons met de Japanse vlag. Deze zijn te koop in het kader van een solidariteitsactie voor de slachtoffers van de aardbeving en de tsunami in Japan. Een button kost 2 euro en de opbrengst van deze actie gaat volledig naar de hulpprojecten van het Japanse Rode Kruis.
Dit initiatief gaat uit van het universiteitsbestuur in overleg met de afdeling Japanse studies en met de Japanse gemeenschap en wordt gecoördineerd door de Universitaire Parochie.

From today on, you can find buttons with the Japanese flag at the desk of the library. These are sold as part of a solidarity action on behalf of the victims of the earthquake and the tsunami in Japan. A button costs 2 euros and the profits of this initiative will be donated to Japanese Red Cross aid projects.
This initiative was taken by the University in consultation with the department of Japanese studies and Japanese society and is coordinated by the University Parish.
