Digitising the Vatican Library

The Bodleian Library of Oxford University is going to assist the Vatican in a four-year long project to digitise and publish online 1.5 million manuscripts and rare books from the Biblioteca Apostolica and from Oxford. Two thirds of the material will come from Rome, the rest from Oxord. These will include Greek and Hebrew manuscripts, as well as incunabula and early printed works in Hebrew.

Onze bib in de Nederlanse pers | Our Library Even in the Dutch Press

Er is nu ook in de Nederlandse pers bericht over onze openbibliotheekdag naar aanleiding van het einde van de verbouwingswerken en de terugkeer van de Bijbel van Anjou.

Our ‘Open House’ on 1 February, is  now mentioned even in the Ducth press. (Due to the Calvinist convictions, the link is unavailable on Sundays).
